iPad 3 rumored again for Fall release along iPhone 4S

Is indeed an iPad 3 aka iPad Pro aka iPad 2 Plus coming this year? I still do not believe that, but today Japanese blog Macotakara?(via AppleInsider) revived the iPad 3 rumor again. They claim that Apple will announce the iPad 3 along an iPhone 4S in September and sale will begin in October. The report does not mention anything about what the iPad 3 is all about. There have been earlier rumors that said it will have a higher resolution display (retina) and that it is thinner. It will not have more performance as the A6 CPU is not ready until next year.

The report also says that they did not find evidence of an iPhone 5 in production. The only know about an iPhone 4S based on the iPhone 4 (CDMA).?
